Mex fishing licsense
Where is the best place to get my fishing licsense for my upcoming trip? I usually go to H&M landing in San Diego but they have a pretty stiff
"agent" fee I would like to avoid.

You need not have to register the boat anymore
Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

You can get it in Ensenada at the Secretaría de Turismo office. Its on the main drag/ Scenic route across the street from the Hotel Carona.
No extra fee. We pull over in front of the money exchange then walk across the street. In and out in five minutes. That way if something happens and
we cant make our trip down to Baja we havent wasted the money on the licsense.

We have bought them in a few different places over the years. The Mex-Insure place off of Via de San Ysidro is easy, and recently a friend of mine
tried out the "online" deal and it worked out well - it was really easy, maybe a few more bucks. But worth it in my opinion as it is a real time
saver.
Try this: http://www2.ebajacalifornia.gob.mx/Pesca/index.jsp?i=Eua
You have to register first and they email you a confirmation first; we had to figure this out the hard way!
Good luck!!!

Fill out the application and take it to the Conapesca office in SD.
Or go to Squidco.

Castaway$........You can get it online, print it out in the comfort of your home, and have it in your hand in ten minutes, or so, with no fees other
than the cost of the license.

You don't have to go in to the CONAPESCA office, you can do it by mail if you have a little lead time. You need to send them a money order or
cashiers check, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for them to return the licenses. The turnaround is very fast, the last two years I've
mailed it in on a Monday and had the licenses back by Wednesday. (I'm located in Vista so mail only takes one day, adjust accordingly for your own
location).

If you can manage to post on this forum, then you can navigate the online site and get a license without getting up out of your chair at the computer,
and without paying any additional fees. This is really a no-brainer......

Okay went to the website to buy online and something isn't right! First and foremost the cost is-
Fishing Rights $38.19
Sport fishing resource advantage $493.17
I don't know if this is pesos, I hope so, and if so that would be about $44.28 dollars, needless to say I'm a little hesitant to hit send.
Problem #2 which fishing zone-
Federal Jurusdiction coastal waters or Pacific osean coastal.
HELP!!!!!!!
