Rene's Bar and Restaurant-south end of Rosarito

After being closed for about a year and a half, it looks like they are once again dusting out the cobwebs and rolling out the welcome mat-maybe in time for Super Bowl?

They're going to have to plug in all those electric drunks that hang at the end of the bar.
Good news on the reopening. It always brings a bunch of fun memories when I stop for a cold one.

I FONDLY remember late 70's early 80's they had the first big screen and showed the football games on Sundays. If the surf was blown out we would head over there early and start with bloody mary breakfast and plow right thru to buckets of beer with lunch. We ALWAYS had a designated driver, me. :saint: Good times.
I don't think I have stepped in the place since the late 80's?
