Los Tucanes de Tijuana Banned During Investigation
TIJUANA. Municipal public security, Julián Leyzaola Pérez, Secretary confirmed the validity of a criminal investigation against members of Los Tucanes
Tijuana and his representative Mario Quintero, for alleged criminal ties transcended during the examination of an attack against him, in which

Interesting. I read in the paper that Los Tucanes live in Chula Vista because Tijuana is too dangerous for them.

I have read that criminal gangs that target successful Tijuana residents also live in Chula Vista.
