Is a fideicomiso available on this property or just title?

The water tank is elevated in the event I acquire the adjacent property one day. During hurricane Jimena, with the tank full, it actually moved about 9 inches south on the platform. Amazed me but revealed the strength of the support. Earthquake, no se.

An American would simply arrange a fideicomiso and the bank would hold the property title as trustee. In that sense, it is available.

Very nice piece of property. How close is it to town/stores, etc.

Hey Bajalover . . . it is nine tenths of a mile to the marina. All stores and town in between. Late now, I'll show you a picture or two of the area tomorrow.

Ans: It is in town.

Sold to a Baja loving, fishin' fool, mule skinner Nomad who bought it a heart beat after he saw it.

The Lopez Sportsman's Lodge is next. Watch for it (hundred steps from the launch ramp) in Baja real estate available, soon.
