Selling our RV/vacation home

For various reasons, we are selling our place in El Comitan, near La Paz. It is a really nice 1650 m2 lot, fully walled and gated, serviced with 220 volt electricity. When we built, we left as much of the native vegetation as possible and there are some beautiful old cardon, mesquite and tarote, and the concrete structure is built around a large fruiting pitaya. We had our 32 ft. 5th wheel there on a concrete covered pad that can handle an RV up to 38 feet. There is a palapa covered screened Arizona room adjacent to the RV pad. The bodega is about 3 x 6 meters, and very secure storage. Upstairs, there is a full kitchen, bedroom and living area with a full view of la paz across the bay, also covered in a palapa roof. There is an attached shower, bano, large workshop and laundry area, as well as a fireplace on the roof of the bodega/workshop. We sited the existing structure to allow plenty of room for a house on the other end of the lot. If you are interested, or know anyone who is interested, there are pictures and a more detailed description at http://www.lapaz-centenariohomes.com/La_Paz_El_Centenario/Ba... $75,000.
