all this talk about Spot locators got me thinkin.....
this is for my buddy Rob - Baitcast.
in october we went to find the elusive spotfin. the surf didn't cooperate (hasn't all winter, actually!) and the calicos were far and few between. all
of the barracuda you could ever want (we didn't) though. we met our buddies who arrived 5 days prior and partied for 2-3 days before they had to get
north. we bought all their extra fuel and topped off our water containers before they split. we then had the beach to ourselves for 5 days.
at least the clams were plentiful, the sun was shining, and these guys saved the trip. we brought the vacuum sealer and brought home 6 filets. we made
a fish head/carcass soup and fed the local boys and their kids one night.
the new popup trailer was epic (THANKS Paul and Shelley Boe!!!).
about the locators? don't ask, won't tell.....

Dude, how did you know where you were? How you going to find your back back? Bread crumb, rocks painted white? Why would you want to be by yourself
when we could all join you and trash the place.

Those are damn fine spots, you just can't help yourself HUH!!
Rob
Think I'll show them to the other guys OK
Anyone can catch fish in a boat but only \"El Pescador Grande\" can get them from the beach.
I hope when my time comes the old man will let me bring my rod and the water will be warm and clear.

What sort of tackle were you using for these prizes?
Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
