12/22/10 Sunrise

Gorgeous morning! I couldn't pick a favorite shot today. I'll do two posts because as I write I had to go out and catch the sun as it slipped up between the island and clouds.

Mood: there is no reality except the one contained within us "Herman Hesse"

[*] posted on 12-22-2010 at 08:20 AM

OMG....I loved them ALL...but after many minutes scrolling up and down...I found the 3r one in the first set the most interesting for the gray clouds reflecting in the water...in the second set...I love that drawbridge raised up...reminds me of boating on the rivers between the great lakes when I was a kid....

spectacular morning there .....here it was all GRAY at dawn with mist but now it is breaking up and blue sky is appearing just in time for the surf competition this morning...whew...have a great day all.

They are BEAUTIFUL---ALL OF THEM

Personal favorites---Group 1--- Number 2 as I like the colors coming out, but still rather subtle----
Group 2---Number 1----lots of drama.

Nice work and great to look at.

Nice set of morning shots Russ. My favorite is the sunrise over Isla Santa Inez.
