A/C recharge

Anybody know where to buy r-12 freon, either in the small cans or in bulk container? Preferably someplace reputable, as some places have been known to use propane to recharge unknowing and unsuspecting gringos a/c units. (Works just like freon, that is until it leaks. Then boom.)

In San Felipe, the small cans are available at all of the auto parts stores
AND other places, notably the markets (Mercado Baja, Mercado Sembrador).
