WEDNESDAY SPECIAL - BERTHA'S BEACH CLUB - BURROS BEACH
Well, I've been eating at Bertha's since before forks were invented...and have always enjoyed a fine breakfast, lunch,
dinner, or appetizer at this nice beachfront location.

The old hangout has gone through a succession of makeovers, managers, etc..but the new regime is looking....GOOD!

On a warmer day..and LESS WINDY..come over and play some volleyball. Sit outside and soak up some rays..
Our new hostess, Celia, is putting a smile on everyone's face..including hers. She's doing a great job and we all wish her continued success.

Here's the menu from yesterday...I ordered the chicken mole, even though I have never crazy about that recipe in the past. Chocolate is for cakes or
banana splits, right? Not this time... It was great!l So tender and succulent..yummy.

Even with the nasty weather, a good crowd showed up from the camping beaches and bay communities.

See all the coats and sweaters? If you're coming..pack warm!
I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.

I see Amelia is still working there. I think she is more "inspired" there than she was while "working" at Las Casitas.

Hey Roger,
That looks like ME on the left side of picture 2. Funny...I don't remember being there or seeing you there. I must of had too many Pacificos and
Margaritas!!! Next time...you've got to be a better friend and tell me to lay off!
