Northeast Baja Earthquake 02/18/2011
Anyone feel it?
--------------------------
A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck at around 10:00 am local time Friday about 118 miles (190 kilometers) southeast of Tijuana, Mexico, in the state of
Baja California, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The quake was centered 32 miles (52 km) southwest of San Luis, Arizona.
Seismologist John Bellini with the National Earthquake Center in Golden, Colo., told the Associated Press that the Center received reports the quake
was felt in Southern California and the border region in southwest Arizona including Yuma and San Luis.
There were no immediate reports of injuries of damages, the Associated Press reported.

Some people here in San Felipe reported feeling it. I didn't as I was out exploring the desert.

That's near the area of the 7.1 quake last Easter Sunday. A lot of the area is still getting repaired - highway and lots of buildings, plus the
irrigation canals. Hope this doesn't set them back on the repairs.
