La Trinidad RV Ranch, La Ribera, East Cape
Our time spent at the La Trinidad RV Ranch can be described as tranquility, comfort, and superb dinners and margaritas. The natural desert and beach
setting of the RV Ranch gifted us with the quiet and relaxation we seek. The “Rancho en Mexico” design of the RV Park set a slower vacation pace we
felt as soon as we drove through the gate. We towed a fifth wheel trailer to the RV Ranch and stayed for three weeks in 2009, and returned to spend
three more weeks again in 2011. The park grounds and facilities were beautiful, sparkling clean, and well-maintained. Showers were hot and with good
water pressure. The excellent food, delicious margaritas, and warm atmosphere and service made the La Trinidad Restaurant one of the best dining
experiences of the trip. I review the restaurant in more detail in the restaurant review section of the forum.
Mike Odell, owner, is a heck of a nice guy, and he has paid great attention to detail in the construction, aesthetics, and feeling of the park. He
lives on site and is very accessible. He has assembled an extremely talented and hard-working staff, Felipe and Dario, who we have really enjoyed
getting to know.
We really like this park because of the location, quiet, facilities, restaurant, value and people. However, if you’re looking to walk to a variety of
dining, shopping, or banking opportunities, staying outside the community of La Ribera may not be the place for you.

Absolutley right on most accounts. The cleanest bathrooms we have seen in Baja. As for beach setting? Where is the beach? It's quite a walk, but with
the right wind you can hear the Sea of Cortez, but it's not in sight at all.
The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja

It`s a wonderful place. Not on the beach, but the public beach is about 1/2 mile away. It`s easy to see how much work Mike has poured into this
property. He is a builder/contractor and his standards show. I really loved the peace, the beautiful sunsets, the hummingbirds, the location and slow
pace here. If I ever have several days to kick back and I`m close to here, this will be my base!!

Had dinner there a few weeks ago - very nice. Quiet grounds and friendly atmosphere.

That's a dangerous place. In the bar, you can get very drunk. Your wife will have to drive you home. You will sleep for two days. You will wake up
dreaming of melt in the mouth steaks, smiling Mexicans, trombones playing? Well, just be careful.
