Whales next week?

Any current info on whales numbers in SI or GN areas? I know it is late but next week in the area and would make my pretty woman very happy to see a few whales. I could use the points. Thanks for any responses.

2011 has been an exceptional year for whale watching at Laguna San Ignacio. Mother whales, with years experience in human encounters, are becoming more tame each season, and allow calves to approach the Pangas freely. We have been watching them for more than 40 years... beginning with turns on a point at 700 feet altitude. This year was the absolute best. This experience combines the heart warming feeling of watching a mare give birth to a foal, added to two good Martinis. Quite a thrill. Contact Kuyima, and get on over there!
