Costco on Broadway in Chula Vista...inside the store. They give a good rate of exchange. [please don't ask]

I have used Costco in Chula Vista twice now... Check hours, think they're open after 10 am? It is a special window, inside the store across from the cash registers for Costco buyers.

Exit Palomar off I-5, go east to Broadway and turn north... it is on the left hand side, just a short distance away.

I know you are asking about good rates....

We use USD's 100% of the time in Baja....just getting back from our home there a few days ago.

I too, use the COSTCO in Chula Vista.
Also, a nice flower run for the ladies!
