The VIEW is spectacular...
This house and the view was nothing short of amazing, the cruise ship was coming in when I was there and there was a full moon that night, this seller
is so nice he might even cook you a great dinner as well...of course he will have to raise the asking price for the spectacular meal...

I wish I had a dollar for every rental offer..This place makes a great rental as per it location above the hotel coral and marina. Although the
economy is bad..this marina is full of boats taking offshore delivery..So all those people would rent for 3 months or longer at a time...
I need to sell 100% so that I may buy something where I am going..I have 6 dogs and No one would rent to me...I think I am getting close on a
sale...Have several offers I am thinking about...What A bargain...Don't mis out if your thinking about it make me an offer on this great place...
