Ultimate Baja Tool?
What do you guys think?

I could have used different aspects of this tool at one time or another while travelling it baja.
Overkill? What is your favorite must have tool for baja travelling?

A bottle opener. Pacifico doesn't have a twist top.

Yo einstein. Bottle on bottle utilising leverage (bottle cap to bottle cap craddled in your thumb-forefinger area). No opener req'd. (And yes, simply
use an empty with bottle cap re-inserted for the last full soldier)

17 years now and counting -- looking back (and forward, a little) I thank the Gods for my "could not have made it without 1 in 3 tool": A Baja must

That tool could be considered as, putting all your eggs in one basket. It's pretty cool though.

Looks like a waste of money. If I was given one, it probably would not even go in one of my rigs. Like most multi-tools, everything is a compromise.
Meaning, it does nothing well.
Best investment for Baja = Hi-Lift jack.

hi-lifts are great, but they are dangerous are hell. I couldn't begin to tell you how many accidents and near misses those things cause. However, they
can also be your best friend, when you really need it. I like the ARB jacks much better, especially for sand.

For $85, I'd say just bring the individual items. If it's for "just in case" - still, too much $$ - bring two of the individual items.
"Must have"? Shovel.
"Survival"? Don't be stupid enough to get yourself in a situation where you need to "survive".
