I was informed that there was only one "Special" Ready Lane at Otay Mesa where you present your US Passport cards for easy border crossing.

Don't know the lane. I use Sentri. But to get to Otay crossing, go across the TJ river from the Indian circle and follow the signs to the
Aeropuerto. After you pass the airport, look for signs for Garita de Otay past Belle Artes intersection. Getting in line will require a left turn
and then another left turn.

Yes, I believe the ready lane for the time being is only @ Otay.

It`s well signed and on the far left lane. Look for the long line that moves faster than the others.

Hey Jan, I think I know what you are trying to ask. I used this lane two weeks ago on a Monday. I am not aware of Cuauhtemoc but the special lane is
the lane on the far left. I took the road that passes in front of the airport then about half a mile past the airport you will make a long slow turn
that will put you into position to enter the lanes, specificly the far left lane with little trouble good luck, two weeks ago it took me twenty
minutes.
