Ciudad Constitution..no problems

No problems heading south or north through Constitution. There are several intersections where the street lights are turned off, stop anyway. The cops were around but not looking to bother us it seemed. Ate at the taco bar "Karen" and ended up sick for two days....Nice new Ley grocery store in Insurgentes, well stocked, west side of the road, a must stop for San Juanico. It's been open for three months. Good prices on Tequilla:P

Kinda have to wonder about that fact that the traffic lights are still not repaired. It's been quite awhile since the hurricane smashed into the area.

That said, given that there's been scant reportage about traffic stopn in Constitucion for quite some time, there was a message received by the local authorities.

Is El Taste still operating there? It would have beaten that taco bar.

When the police want a raise in pay, the city just turns off the lights for thirty days. Problem solved.
