am thinking the $3600 is the year's lease - not the price to buy the improvements?

well this AD says "with" and then lists all the stuff...
I think it IS with everything...and I know Doc's places are not $3600 a year.

Doc's lease is $575 and has just been paid, good until July 2012. The lot is across from Doc's original office, infront of the old rec hall on the
road coming straight in. There are 3 dolphins painted on the side of garage, hard to miss. The $3,600 is the cost of the improvements.
Doug...We're moving up. Just bought a Casita in Vista al mar, just south of town. Your welcome anytime.
