And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.

That round purple fruit in the lower part of the picture....good eating?

Great picture..love it. I feel that ocean mist hitting me in the face right now...

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

" Round purple fruit" just an Asuncion easter egg, out of season oh wait it is a petrified sea slug after ejecting the purple haze.
Make that 47 miles! of pure potholes - dirt washboard would be easier to handle. Yeah, road is tricky, just when you relax an 18'' deep pothole grabs your tire and Ka Boom! Guess it changes daily, sometimes they patch with dirt, other times asphalt, other times they just drive by. And the sand drifts into the road can also catch ya. The last 20 miles of road is smooth as glass and they are grading to make it a 4 lane highway! Reminds me of the Mulege Malicon, with no beginning or end.
Glad you liked the pics!

No airstream this time, this is just an exploratory trip for possible alternate summer locations. Will visit La Bocania next, in a few days.
