the party at the end had a rock band
George was the first gringo to compete in an Asuncion surf tournament and he was very well received...and helped judge along with Surfdoc....thanks

Willie (aka Richard) where the heck is your surf board?? Also, surprised Tim didn't make it back for the competition!! Looks like your space is still
available at Cuesta Real- stop by El Burro when you return. (Still nice and toasty!!) Ron

So were Stan and Tio judges? Or were they too busy being up to their usual shenanigans (bad behavior) ????
Note to Thomas-- hope you`re still ripping. It`s been awhile!!

Bueno, haven't been to a Surf Contest since Malibu and Dewey or was that David Rippin up at HB Pier like nobody had ever seen! But, this was pure fun
in an area rich with kids who surf for fun not sponsors. Good, Clean, Fun! The wave was pretty fun, too. I'm just a beer caddy most of the time
Sr. Fischer/Campo Martha Sensation. Yes, I remember meeting at San Pedrito long ago--Hola to Arturo. Just Chillin in the Endless Summer. Smiles,
Tio Tomas.
