Our "Plan B" weekend
Leidys carried the Handicam while I handled our luggage. I can't believe we carried this equipment and didn't even use it.

Doing the "Enviro" thing - taking a Taxi to our Hotel in Soler, Tijuana.

Instead of going to the Expo, we visited with Chris "Fat Cat" Glass and family. Great food and wrenching on one of the Expo vehicles occupied our
time.
Tom Kristiensen of Club Zopilotos, Tijuana and his Jeep CJ-7 on 36" IROKs!
Tom changed his Fuel Pump in under 30 minutes. He drove with his son to the Off Road Expo with his son.

Tom's Jeep is a marvel in Engineering - built by Jason Mayc-ck of JJ's 4x4 Off-Road, Tijuana.

Oh, so you did go to Tijuana? In your other thread... you said you couldn't find affordable parking in SAN YSIDRO, so you passed on the expo...? huh?

Arrival at San Ysidro - 1:20 p.m.
Wasted time in S.Y. for approx. 30 min. before driving up to Chula Vista for free parking and a $2.50 train ride to border.
Arrival at "The Inn" - 3:00 p.m.
Arrival at "La Glorieta" for tacos (for Leidys), Teriaki (for me) - 4:00 p.m.
Off Road Expo closed at 5:00 p.m. (across town).
We could have gone on Sunday, but I wasn't up for rushing around town plus crossing the border to drive home, etc. Next year, I will arrive 1 day
early, get things settled.

Great pics of the 4WD FUN Ken!! Oh yea, the pics of the encouraging females at the event was good too!! LOL My buddy in BajaMalibu has his Jeep all
down except for the paint job and it will be able to go anywhere. He has really put a lot of money into it and we will be at this event next year for
