That is a guava JR. In Spanish 'guayaba', there are several varieties. The medium size yellow ones are called 'Mexican Cream' up here.

JR, I like the photo of the tree growing out of the rocks. As for that plant, we grew those when I lived in Florida and we called them Guavas. You can make excelent jelly out of them. Here's more...
