Guerrero Pacifico 300 off-road race San Ignacio to Guerrero Negro


25 Nov Check-in in San Ignacio at the Baseball field.
26 Nov Start San Ignacio Finish in Guerrero Negro
27 Nov presentation etc


Expect both towns to be very busy that weekend. Hotels full in San Ignacio.

Very cool course... and so soon after the Baja 1000... alas, the 1000 does not go near Baja Sur this year!

Interesting that the course between San Ignacio and Vizcaino is off road vice SCORE's usual run up the highway. I wonder why SCORE doesn't use this route?

Looks like they are using a bit of the old rancho roads and old main road between the two towns,...

Probably because of the work to get permission from the multitude of land owners we have used parts of this route before.The locals have some advantage in setting it up.

An association of clubs in the municipality of Mulege. Mainly San Ignacio, Vizcaino, Guerrero Negro, And the Pacific region. The Municipality government, Tecate, etc provides some financial help. Insurance comes through the main Southern Baja Sur car and motorcycle racing organizations.
