I found the article by going direct to the paper. Yes, pleasant piece of writing. Shows, Canadians are not as paranoid about Mexico as other gringos
are.
Not trying to open up a can of worms here, but eh, there is a difference in atitude.
The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja
