AMEX Canceling Annual Medical Evacuation Insurance

I was notified by AMEX that they will no longer provide the travel Shield policy annually and now only by a per trip offering.

Other than the folks who sell the various types of Emergency Evacuation Insurance, does anyone have any suggestions?

OK, I'm not selling them, so here it is:
1) Med Jet
Note that people staying longer than 6 months should choose Expat plan, which is more expensive.
2) DAN
Note that it requires both membership AND evac plan fee, total about $130, I don't think there is anything cheaper. Unlike Med Jet, they will only take you to the "closest hospital capable of treatment", not to a hospital of your choice.

Edit - PS: Geos mentioned above is interesting but I can't figure out their prices. Annual membership $99, and annual plan with max 90 days trip $149? Do they charge 99+149 for 90 days duration per trip? And if I stay 120 days, I'm not covered in the last month?

...and more edit:
DAN is cheaper yet than I thought - total from $65 a year. Annual membership $35 + $30 for dive accident plan. You don't have to be a diver, recreational snorkelers are covered too, i.e. anybody with snorkeling googles, and it doesn't matter were you snorkeling on not at the moment of accident. All plans include evacuation up to $100K - Members Handbook page 5. Note that this is not a treatment plan (though they offer optional small amount of medical coverage for non-dive accidents). Still, other evac plans usually cover 250K or more. I don't know how much air ambulance and repatriation of family members may cost, may be 100K will be enough, still it's a low coverage compared to other evac plans.
