Baja Landscape
This was shot with a point and click camera so don't expect the sharpness of Diane or Ken's images.
Picture was taken south of El Rosario just minutes before sundown.

Ken,
I am convinced that you could shoot a coffee table quality book of images on the lanscapes along the highway between San Augustin and El Rosario
during the last 1-2 hours of daylight.
It's one of the things I always look forward to driving back. Always schedule the trip to arrive at Baja Cactus after dark.
I'm also surprised how few nomad pictures are shot during that time frame.
It all happens so fast that it's sometimes over by the time you get out of the vehicle. It would take persistance and planning to be there before the
light becomes right. But there is a goldmine there for the photographer willing to put in the time.

Beautiful light, Igor.
And nice that you stopped to capture it.
Many folks would just keep truckin' in order to make the Cactus by dark.

Your absolutely right Igor about the possibilities of great photos during the Golden Hour along that stretch.
You captured some nice light in your shot.

The Baja Middle Desert....One of the most pleasant places to make an overnighter...or longer?
The coyotes gather to watch you setting up camp...and make thier plans..
I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.
