Boy you have come a long way. I will never forget the first time I met you in San Lucas Cove and you had a beat up old truck with an even more beat
up overhead camper. It was the one where Alex brought in a infestation of fleas from a camp dog on the other side of the peninsula and he looked
like he had measels from all the bites.

I had the tire fixed at a shop near the PEMEX station south of Mulege where the mechanic dis-mounted the tire and expertly pulled, from the inside of
the tire, the cactus spine out of the tire with a needle nosed pliers, and then patched the hole.
Another thing to consider when off-road in baja.

That was 12 years ago. I reread the story now and had to smile at my exaggeration of the size of fish we caught.

Just now found this I love your rig Igor and like the man said clean
and to the point, luv that pop up,I always car-topped in those situations, about time you did one of these things and the boy are we getting old or what?
I don,t recall where that trip took place.you need to do this more often.
Robin

Anyone can catch fish in a boat but only \"El Pescador Grande\" can get them from the beach.
I hope when my time comes the old man will let me bring my rod and the water will be warm and clear.

Fun times and your usual excellent photos---I really like the one with Alex pulling the boat---nice, very nice.
I have a picture of one of those obstacles in my big toe---they do jump out and get you or your tires!

Excellent trip report, Igor. My favorite kind - lots of pix
You had my interest from your first picture - one that could be a cover for AAA magazine - right through that last incredible light shot. I know you
don't wanta share your secret camping location, but definitely it looks like a good time was had by all.
