Beautiful house in Valley west of Mulege

Friends have asked me to post their house which is for sale in the valley west of Mulege. This is a really beautiful house and is priced for a very quick sale. It could even be done as a flip and turn with large profit potential.

Pictures can be viewed as well as description sheet at:

The dove and quail hunting is superb. Also feral pigs are abundant ...at holiday dinner times. ;)

The Flickr page doesn't mention how the land is held. I was wondering about that too. At that price one would think that it's only the improvements that are for sale.

This house was originally built by Steve Bill and Chef Ray owns the land it sits on. Steve sold it. The new owners have done a fantastic remodel/addition to the place including the pool etc. It's a dusty, rutty, unimproved road trip to get to the house from Mulege but...it's only a stones throw from the best restaurant in the area....and...if the new buyer can negotiate the lease with Ray then hooray!

why would it be a good flip? are you saying it is a fixer-upper? i question the possibility to "flip" a piece of RE in mulege for "large profit." seems to be a buyers market now and for the foreseeable future.

I watch Real Estate as a hobby, and with the low price on this it could be re-sold (if you prefer that term) for an increase on the original development.

I met Ray Lima yesterday and he told me the place is SOLD. Seems like a good spot, with lots of potential.
