Popotla Corridor 2000 Off Ramp

Yes, fellow Nomads, the long awaited northbound Mex 1 toll road off ramp in Popotla to Corridor 2000 is now open.

Two toll booths available, and the toll is 25 Pesos.

Unfortunately, no sign of any work on a southbound on ramp.

i passed last night going north on the toll. the booths are to go east on blvd 2000 from the south. i didn't notice when i was southbound.

you can (or could) enter/exit blvd 2000 form the free road since day one. it's only a toll to get off the toll road, i think!

Yes, you can.........as soon as you exit the ramp to your right onto Corridor 2000, go about 100 feet then make a U-turn across the median back to the free road.

The short answer is NO.

In order to bypass the tollbooth, one has to exit just after the town of Puerto Nuevo (to the right), or the exit just before that at Cantamar. There are several very large potholes just north of Puerto Nuevo, on Mex 1, free road, plus you also have a minimal stop at the military checkpoint at Popotla (right at the Fox studios).

Goody and thanks for news B.G.. I get to try it next week. Those potholes on free rd, just north of Puerto Nuevo are brutal.
