cute, but I don't believe that Mesquite bloom this way. Maybe a parasitic plant of some kind?

I have diligently cleared all 7 of the mesquite trees on my property of the parasites.

They are now beautiful pollen making, nitrogen sources - good for growing things and allergies. (in reverse order)
