People who went to visit beaches of Tijuana, were curious because of the low tide that was presented. Photo: Omar Martínez

It was low in Rosarito, but not that low. There are some very low tides the next few days with the full moon coming Tuesday. I didn't get a tsumani warning e-mail- which generally come after every major quake in the south pacific.

In So Cal, we get an extreme high tide of +7' or so,
and an extreme low of -2 1/2' so maybe 9 1/2' of vertical water
movement, which as pointed out happen on a full/new moon.
San Felipe has some of the extreme tides I know of,
with an high of + 18',
with a low of -4', approx. 22' of water movement

The Mysterious Sucking ?

It is rumored that a new Hydrological system is being tested by CBP to facilitate turning the tide at will on Pangero Coyotes.

Did anyone notice Black Helicopters hovering above doing Video Recording ?

More interesting than the low tide is seeing how far out they are building the new border wall (to keep out then terrorists :light:  )... Before, you could walk into (or out of) the USA on the beach... not legally, of course!
