Many thanks to both of you.

We think Campo Rene is a special place and it makes me smile that this pix brings back memories to others.

We are wondering if there will be many changes to Campo Rene since the Fishing co-op bought it. Guess we need to check it out ASAP.

Here's our crew sitting down for a fresh fish dinner.

And the meal

We spent 3 or 4 nights there this time and played on the SxS's and fished.

Word is D that they took it over to protect the estuary from unchecked commercial fishing. We were there a few months ago and they say their intention is not to effect the sport fishermen but the net fishing by small time commercial operators. Nice pics, what a Baja jem.

CortezBlue --- it is post processing. The original was taken in color.

Russ---looks like you all had a great time---easy to do around there! Nice pix, especially the bird! Thanks for sharing them.

BajaRat----I believe, and hope that the change will bring a little more consistency.

Are you using Photoshop? If so, here is a tip.
I have created quite a few B&W, sepia styles that I save so that if I have a series of photos that I want to print in a group I have the same style for each photo. One of my favorites I names Mission Sepia. It is a clay colored sepia that I use for old chruces and mission photos.

But when I am lazy, Nik has a great plugin for B&W
