This has long been a good type of system. So long as rebar and concrete mixture strength are right, it's a cool system, or a warm one. Really neat that they can be hauled within Baja. IF ECO can keep the price down.

i've noticed that they are flexing and the stucco is poppin off in places...
this just doesnt happen with stick houses in california
you know...earthquakes...wind...hurricanes
is there a fix for that???
the insulation is incredible though WOW

Bob, I've heard about that sort of problem happening with the styrofoam form systems, is that what you're thinking of? These composit blocks look
different than the "traditional" foam/concrete infill systems.
Eco, I assume you set these just like regular concrete block, with mortar and then fill the cells with concrete to lock in the re-bar?
Cost per block in pallet loads, and number of block per pallet?

nope ...thats the stuff...stucco can come off and crack
it does insulate very well
and cuts with a butter knife
and LIGHT
if you need insulation...then it would be worth it but
if you dont 10 percent is 10 percent
you claimed sound reduction...so what is it?
i still would stick with what the local contractors know
