Whale census Lopez Mateos

Very excited at the census report for OL posted earlier. Any word on the count at Lopez Mateos? Heading to Loreto next week and am looking forward to seeing the babies at Mag Bay. Trying to decide on Lopez Mateos or San Carlos. Thoughts?

From Loreto, go to Lopez Mateos. It's half the distance and you'll see plenty of whales!

Still well over 200 adults and 60 calves in front of Lopez Mateos.

Monday - Wednesday are the least busy.

All the visitors are raving about the close up and personal experiences the whales are giving their guests.

Sunny and warm and no wind here today - and for the least 3 days!

Thanks for the update. We had decided on Monday the 19th so we are glad there will most likely be some good viewing. Count down has begun!
