"One of the new chapters of "No Reservations" will show Baja California's cuisine.

The border community will have another reason to watch the Travel Channel.

Last monday the eight(h) season of "No Reservations" premiered , presented by the always charming Anthony Bourdain, who recently traveled to know the gastronomy of Baja California.

This chapter doesn't have a release date yet but it will show Ensenada's seafood and BajaMed cuisine for which he made a stop at Tijuana.

The American chef spoke to the blog "She Knows" about the experience of his visit : "Baja was a real education to me. I had no idea, no expectation that it would be that beautiful, the food would be that good, the ingredients would be that exciting. That they are creating this Amazonian world down there. I was shocked by how delicious the food was and that they had a wine country!" he said.

Bourdain quoted Baja California next to Mozambique has one of the most interesting destinations of the 15 that he will show on the new season of his program. "No Reservations" is also broadcasted in México on the Discovery Travel and Living Channel.

This isn't the first time that Baja California's cuisine gets international exposure, others like "México One Plate at a Time" of KPBS with Chef Ricky Bayless and Chef Aquiles Cháves from the latin network Utilísima have done it too."
