EXCELLENT REPORT! Great photo of Big Oly-2 in the pit! Any word if Parnelli was in Baja to see the event? He used to come down for the races after he retired from racing... Once, we were along side of him at the border line in Tijuana... after a race.

Sadly, both Chuck Billington and Jack McCoy, former racing partners, have passed on to "La Carrera Grande del Cielo"
(The Great Race in the Sky)

Glad you all enjoyed the report.

Not sure if Parnelli was down there or not. I was too busy playing with race fuel to get a chance to walk around at contingency!

Next year I am going to have to stay in San Juanico for a bit just for my own sanity. It hurt to be so close to such great surf and not get a chance to take advantage....

Viva Baja!
