2 LOTS FOR SALE IN P ABREOJOS, B.C.S. CORRECTION 10K EACH

location is in LA BALIZA, which is the gringo part of Punta Abreojos, great surf spot and if you were to build up to 2 stories, there would be spectacular ocean views of both sides of the point.

A one story house would have an ocean view (there is one house between the lot and the ocean)

Both lots have title and are up on a hill.

google coordinates:

26*43'39.41 N

113*32'58.64 W

$10,000.00 Dollars each or price negotiable if you buy both.

To buy it today, right now, in a NY minute, please write Les at

bajabocana@gmail.com

I'm sorry I do not have any photos of the bay in Punta Abreojos, maybe Ralph can post one ? It is truly a nice beach for walking and surfing and just plain ole listening to the waves. At one point in time we even considered building there ourselves ... but here we are in La Bocana.

disclosure: the lots are close to the cemetary ( usually the best views of any pueblo in our area )

LES WAS MY PROOF READER and he did not catch the # typo
So sorry about the mistake.
Ralph = we are selling them.

The coordinates are not correct. On googlemaps it shows someplace on the mainland.

Doesn't matter how I enter it into google maps.

It comes up with a location between Algeria and Libya, South of Tunisia

That's right, it's that little place on the left as you're heading south out of Tunisia.
