EL DORADO RANCH CASA CUERVO FOR SALE!

Rustic Baja Ranch style home.

Fully furnished turn key home, ready to go into the rental pool or move in (just bring your clothes).

2 bedroom 2 bath home.
open floorplan.
roof deck.
tri d panel home
garage washer dryer
cistern and large propane tank
outside and inside fireplaces
heating and ac system

We have enjoyed this home since we started the build. I was there personally for the plumbing (no weird smells or backups) , electrical, slab and roof installations to make sure there would be no issues down the road. This home has served us flawlessly since day1 finished 2005. The home has good water pressure and electrical includding 220 for welding or ??. It was designed to be our base of operations for racing Baja. It has full hookups for your rv or race trailer.

If intrested please contact me at bfrederickson@unitedauto.com
Iam up for just about anything but Cash is king,Trades for river home, desert property, homes, boats, off road race cars (no Trophy Trucks).
After touring several 2bed 2 bath homes and seeing whats sold and not sold. We beleive 170k is a very fair price. Again open to trades or ???

He must have sold it

No price indicated
Guess it is time to let this one go by the board.
Too bad, nice looking place.

I have been in the real estate development industry for 35 years and never once have I been reluctant to share a sales price.
Must be a new method of marketing:lol::lol::lol:

170 does seem reasonable for such a nice home. Boy, I sure wish we had the bucks ... I think it is beautiful. Good luck in selling quickly.
