Awesome Baja Photo Collection

http://s1073.photobucket.com/albums/w397/dernderndern/Richar...

I have been given a beautiful collection of photos that have been taken over the years and asked to share them on the Nomad board.

This Baja friendship/exchange began at the Live Oak Music festival last year. A very tall man walked up to me back stage and asked, "Are you Paulina and drive a big red truck?"

That would be me.

I must have hesitated at my reply because he went on to introduce himself as Richard and started right away talking about Baja.

I was, and am still amazed at his adventures and experiences down south and feel very fortunate that he chose me to share his private collection with.

He does read the Nomad board, so I hope that he'll see this post and feel like adding commentary to the photos.

(Richard, we'll see you soon at L.O. I'm doing the catering tent.)

P>*)))>{

Just a few to tempt you...

Do you see the owl in this photo?

What a treat! Thank you Richard for sharing, and you Paulina for posting.

PS - they are all beautiful, but I love the cowboy and his son.

Those were fantastic. Thanks Paulina. I love how he uses flat, golden early morning and late afternoon light for so many of his images. Where is he from?
