Just wondering if you have the rates per day, week, month and do they accept pets?

Great hotel. However the last time we were there it was closed due to dispute over ownership. Italians had purchased and things were changing.

Not sure SJessup when you were last there. About 2 years ago, we were in negotiations with the Italian owners to purchase (way more than a passive interest to include use of lawyers and the like)...They did own it, had the ability to sell it, but 2 things turned us off: 1. We made an unplanned/unannounced diligence visit and we learned that mgr (lack of the correct word) of the land was a major problem that we were not sure we could deal with on a daily basis and 2. With the use of 'jake breaks' in Baja and the fact the hotel sits in the middle of two down hill slopes....it was VERY noisy at night with the trucks. Ultimately we passed. I do see that the jake breaks are now being made illegal in parts of baja
so there was hope on that....the manager of the property was an entirely different item.
