I've got a Direct TV set up in my trailer with an antena on top of my trailer. Will that be able to pick up the signal in Los Barriles? Thanks

Hmmmmmm

So the satellites focus their signal CONUS (Continental US)

There are some web sites that will show the area of the signal and where it will hit.

I think it may work OK. I know that in Alaska they have to use a larger dish, but I think you should be able to get a signal using a standard dish. However, you will not have access to local channels except you may be able to order LA or NY locals if you are in an area, in the USA, that does not reside in an area near local channels

Update:
Here is a link to a web page that discusses DirecTV in Mexico

You will need the 6' dish, and it will still be sketchy......

I've tried it all here in Loreto (for Directv) and finally went and got the Monsoon Vulkano which works like a Swiss watch! Of course, my computer has to be up and running.

Direct TV doesn't work in Los Barriles. We have all had to switch to Dish Network
