Mulege Restaurant Back on the market

Mulege Restaurant,
Bar, Coffee, and Ice Cream Shop
For Sale or Lease

Excellent Central Location!!!
This is the Best Location in Mulege.

Restaurant For Sale or Lease

This business has room for a sidewalk caf? and seating for 50 people.
It's set in a beautiful garden setting in the center of Mulege.

The restaurant has a modern bar and kitchen with excellent restroom facilities.

There is an area for a full soda fountain and espresso bar.

The equipment for this can be purchased either with or with out all the Restaurant. and Bakery Equipment

The asking price is $150,000 Dollars.

This price includes the business and the 2-bedroom house with large secure storage building, walk-in Freezer, walk-in cooler, and much more. Edith and I have been in Mulege about 15 years and love it vary much , the reason we are trying to sell out and move is only because I got married a few years ago and now have 2 small children that are getting ready to go to school. The only thing wrong with about Mulege is the schools are not vary good here because the town is vary small... Mulege is primed and ready for a good restaurant most of the restaurants her have really gone down hill in the past 5 years. . We closed our restaurant right after 9/11 when tourism went way down here, but since has returned. The year before we closed my wife and I netted moor than 100,000 dollars with the restaurant. That is a pretty good income for down here. It has by far the best equipped Kitchen in the county and the best Location in Mulege .It also has a 2 bedroom air-conditioned house where we live that could be converted to indoor seating for the restaurant..

This property has clear title

The buyer will pay all closing costs and taxes if any.

Clear Title - Business and Home

Mike, I believe this is the place on the corner of Zaragoza & Moctezuma - across from the Laundromat. It has an iron fence in front - kind of a house with some tables in front with lots of green plants...the ad says room for 50 guests outside - I think they'd have to be real good friends, as I don't remember there being that much room there. Seems like it has been available for some time now, wish em' well.

Q.No 1. As far as I know Bruce and wife are kinda Realtors.
At least they are involved in numerous Real Estate Deals. Is this the place to advertise any deals ??
I have a Ford F350 for sale , please e-mail me.
I also have a flat-bed trailer for sale.
As well as a frame for a boat trailer.
Anybody interested in a big, used freezer? It's for sale.
Q. No 2:
What do people have to do, that Bruce is answering requests ?
I e-mailed Bruce.
I send him an u2u.
I ask him in this Forum >different section<, why he is not answering any messages.
So far I have to say, Bruce, You are a very unreliable person. (should be no offense, but maybe it helps).

Otherwise, Ya'll have a nice day.

as usual, there is one who is not catching the point.

Bruce, your u2u cleaned out all diffrences and mistakes.
I'm sorry for that misunderstanding, but couldn't know about your server breakdown.
As mentioned in a diff. section, I am hitting North towards Mulege from Dec. 6 on.
JR is coming South (hope he reads, but guess he will)
Why not having a little come together and discuss what needs to be discussed.
Kind Regs and Y'all have a nice day.
