fishing license on line not working??

Need some help fellow Nomads...I have used the on line fishing permit before...now have tried at least a dozen times...and no joy..keep getting an error message telling me that my account is inactive...but no means to re-activate it...multiple e-mails...no answer
Last time this happened..a Nomad provided a BCN contact in tourism..he was able to correct the website issue
Any clues or contacts?
Cheers Mike

You could try a new account with a different email addy.
Are you on the same computer that you set up the account the first time, they may track the ip.

We got screwed out of 2 licenses using the on-line website ( we even had Hugo at Sr. Gecko's do it). We had previously bought those 2 thru vagabundos del mar (quik and easy) but forgot them at our Calif house. We tried to re-print the already purchased ones, no luck..so I just told Hugo we would buy 2 more, he went on a bought 2 more but the screen with the reciept/license never came up but our CC was charged... I would get the license from vagabundos(if you have the time) or locally in Baja...Here is the place I bought mine near San Quintin I think, But Jim in san bruno said that the monies stay/are used in whatever state BCN/BCS you buy the license..
