Say It Isn't So, Mc Donalds Coming to San Felipe
I can handle the new Calimax, although I'll still shop
at Vaquita Mkt, but not a Mc Donalds

Will all those who can honestly say they haven't enjoyed a McDonalds product.....please raise their hand.
WOW.... That was a quick count....a grande cero.
Just look at it as a boost in employment and at least one place that will put out trash cans. That'll put a smile on your Happy-Meal.

McFishTacos?
Thought you were joking! Interesting to see this development......as the town is really in some economic tough times.
Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

Just got a clothing store that opened up July 20th called Sensacion, across from big boys. Also a new Calimax market being built. So why not a
McDonalds?

I'll bet you'd be leading the parade through town, Sancho, if it was an In-N-Out.
Yeah, McDonalds aint my favorite.

Won't be long and the Baja we all love, will be gone. The beauty of loving an occasional Big Mac, is occasionally going to the states to get it. As
for trash cans, Martin Romo at Rosita's restaurant does a good job of putting out plenty of trash cans.

Sorry, I don't do MickeyD, except to stop along the highway when I need to drain my radiator after too much coffee....
Ah, but it is a great free frequent pit stop for that purpose.
But then, in Baja, all the world is your pit stop...

Kind of sorry to hear all that...............it will ruin the neighborhood. I like the fact that San Felipe still feels small. A
theater........hummmm.

The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.

I ain't driving to SF for Clown Food. I'll still go to SF but it won't be for Clown Food. Tecate has a Micky D's right across from my favorite (Los
Amigos) taco shop and it hasn't ruined Tecate. I will give them credit... It's a place to pee. That is all.

I have a friend who owns a home in Playa De Oro, up next to the fence that is to the north of the development. When I first saw it, I joked, and told
him that the new San Felipe Walmart is being built their. Maybe I'm not to far off!!!

I think that San Felipe is going to grow once the road to Hwy 1 is opened up. I think it will grow in population and with new services. I think that
SF will feed Gonzoga Bay residents. I think SF will be a jumping off point for folks to travel to the south for fishing , diving etc.

It should be interesting
Back when AM/PM came to town it was GREAT, including those Cheap (but good) All-Beef Hot Dogs. It became my first stop in
town coming from the South and one of the last leaving Northbound.
And then --------- it all started to come unglued. The final straw was the Hot Dogs. The last time I bought one and bit into it I noticed an ODD
taste. Unwrapped the foil and found a GREEN-spotted Bun. Unwrapped the second one and found the same.
Looking forward to finding out what the Quarter-Pounders are like.
And the Fries.
Often when I stop at KFC or the like, I go over to MickeyD's for the Fries.
IF only the Mex outlet would go back to LARD. Or, even the Beef Bullion.
How many Hindus are likely to buy a burger in Mex ?
THAT would be Priceless.

Down south they have been saying for years when that road is completed it will take 6hrs. off the trip if you are going to N.E. U.S.
The Gringo crowd has already ruined S.F. maybe a Mickey D's will be a good thing
