East of Cataviña, near Santa Ynez Valley.
Boulders look familiar, buddy!

Udo is closer than you Dick... but you are both close! I will add another pretty photo that will cement the answer... once I am back on my PC.
I was just checking some older photos when I spotted these two, and thought they just made nice Baja photos, regardless of subject matter. I don't
think I have shared them here before?

Gracias for the nice photo, DK.
BTW...do you own a donut shop in Tustin?
There is a DK Donuts, here in town...I'll snap a photo and send it your way.

Good hint, both KurtG and David K where there at the same time!
(so were Nomads Neal Johns, Baja Bucko, edm-1, BajaTripper, CG, hbmurphy and Baja Angel + others)
Final hint: http://vivabaja.com/msm2010/
Enjoy the adventures of us Nomads in the Baja wilds!

I'm not sure where it is but I have been thru catavina. I'm heading down next week and I will check it out if you let me know where it is. Or rather
I'll try to find it.

Do you have a 4WD Off Road Tacoma? If yes, you can get there and back out!

You should go José! Just park that big Ram truck at Santa Ynez and ride in with me! Actually, if you get past the one big vado about 2 miles from
Santa Ynez, then you can make it to the peninsular divide (9.9 miles), and I will take you the remaining 4.5 miles to the mission.
Unless, you think you can get through like Art did with his motor-home... but he did have front and rear lockers!

For a while, I am selling books with that (and all the other) mission(s) in it... and will love to go back some day, but can't say when at the moment.

David, alot times I go and check 4x4 forums from Tijuana, and it's funny how they all mention the bad section before the mission as "THE WIDOW MAKER",
they name it in english not spanish.that makes me wonder who was the firts person to call it that. I think it was you, but how all these people know
about the name, I dont think all of them, follow BajaNomad.. just curious..
