CIBNOR

I believe this is on the road to the research facility on the west of the bay. They have 217 hectares for study. Called CIBNOR for Centro de Investigaciones Biol?gicas del Noroeste, S.C. (CIBNOR) the research is biological and involves not only aquaculture, but terrestrial organisms also.
They have quite a reputation for biological studies.
