e-mail opportunities on peninsula

We are taking some requested items for a family living way up in the mountains west of Mulege. They have said they would meet us at the arch in Mulege as we drive from GN to La Paz. Mexico being Mexico we cannot accurately give them even a day we will be passing. They can get e-mail, so would like an Internet cafe, free (or pay) wifi, so we can give them a heads up. We can e-mail from San Diego, but with Chaparral unknowns and Baja unexpected would like to e-mail between Tijuana and Mulege. Appreciate any suggestions.
