You must have a different sun down there than we have here. What a great way to start the day.
Thanks.

When do you sleep, Shari?

Seems like you and Juan party 'til the wee hours, then get up early for the sunset shots.

WHATALIFE!

See you in 4 weeks.

Udo...we get our party hats on early in the afternoon and I try to be in the cama by 9 and up around 6.

Yesterday was a big day Pitahaya hunting, then domingiando at Manuel's place eating ceviche, tuna and Birdog Denny brought deer steaks for our amigos to try...here is my bro, Denny & Juan sitting around at the yacht club...hahaha

Another day was born today!

A glorious and healing photo to awaken to this morning, Shari, thank you. Its beauty carries the message of gratitude that we're here to enjoy another precious day.

Thanks, Shari!

Hopefully there will be some pitahayas left by the time we arrive at your place.
If not, I'll bring some from the Mercado Hidalgo, in TJ, as we did the last time we were there.

They are starting to grow pitahaya commercially here in San Diego according to a recent story on PBS radio here. The primary market for the produce is Los Angeles.

Mulegena...as I saw the golden glow arise from the east, I thought of all of you over there in mourning and the warm, rich colour somehow softened the sadness and like you said, made me appreciate being here for yet another magical sunrise.
