Calexico East Ready Lane

OK...can't use SENTRI because our window sticker went bye bye with the old busted windshield. Can't get a new sticker until December. So....want to use the READY LANE at Calexico East.

Please describe for us how to enter that lane if you can. Where is it in relation to the normal lanes and SENTRI Lane? How far from The Bridge do you enter it etc.

Thanks a bunch
BB:-)

Calexico East Ready Lane

The ready lane is the left most lane of the regular lanes. I would suggest entering it at the main street. Don't use the Sentri Lane. When we used it last, the cement barriers started just before going over the hill but that may have changed. I only used it once before we got the new car stickered and the problem I had is once I got over the hill I could see no traffic in the regular lanes that day but the ready lane took 15 minutes from the top of the hill.

We have used it,,,,,,,,,,,,,be sure when you get in line get in the leftmost side as it starts quite a ways uo there with very little warning. If you are not there (on the left side)when you see the first sign you will find it almost imposssible to get over. Sentri has cement dividers from the main street so it is easy not to get in that unless you are supposed to. I am assuming yu have all the paperwork to go into that lane. STAY ON THE LEFT! Nancy

JUst enter at the street where signs are located(Ready Lane) stay in that lane & it will get you right thru. Providing you have the right cards ofcourse & since you appear to already have a Sentri Card you will get right thru.
