Pneumonia Shots In Cabo or La Paz?

We got the flu shots while still in the States but didn't have time for the pneumonia shots. Any suggestions on where to get one in Cabo or La Paz? As usual, thank you all for your help.
One of these days we will ask the IMPORTANT question about where to find the best Bloody Mary in Cabo or La Paz, but first things first!!
